1. Our Commitment to Accessibility

Market Securities ("Market Securities") is committed to making our website, mobile applications, and brokerage services (collectively, the "Services") accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe that accessible investing is a core part of our mission to make the world's most advanced investment platform available to all.

We design and develop the Services in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). We use these guidelines as the framework for evaluating and improving the accessibility of our Services.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We integrate accessibility checks into our design, development, and quality-assurance processes, and we periodically engage third-party accessibility experts to audit our Services and identify opportunities for improvement.

2. Accessibility Features

Keyboard navigation. You can navigate the Services using a keyboard alone. We support standard patterns such as Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Space, and Escape, and we maintain a visible focus indicator so that keyboard users always know where they are on the page.

Screen-reader support. We use semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks, roles, labels, and live regions so that screen-reader users can understand and interact with the Services. Real-time market data updates and order-status changes are announced through ARIA live regions where appropriate.

Color and contrast. We design the Services to meet WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios in both light and dark themes. Color is never the only means of conveying information; we use icons, text labels, and patterns in addition to color.

Resizable text and layouts. The Services are designed to be usable at 200% browser zoom and to reflow on smaller screens. You can also adjust text size in your browser or operating system without breaking the layout.

Reduced motion. Where the Services use animation, we respect the prefers-reduced-motion media query so that users who prefer reduced motion receive a calmer experience. The AI Copilot and chart features provide non-animated alternatives for key information.

Captions and transcripts. Video content provided through the Market Securities Academy is captioned, and transcripts are available for audio content. Live webinars are captioned on a best-effort basis.

3. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the Services may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. For example, third-party widgets (such as certain chart libraries, identity-verification flows, or news feeds) may have accessibility issues that we cannot fully control. We work with our vendors to remediate these issues and provide alternative ways to access the same information where possible.

Real-time market data is dense and time-sensitive by nature. While we provide ARIA live regions for major events, fast-moving quote streams may be difficult to follow with some assistive technologies. We offer table-based and watchlist views as accessible alternatives.

We actively track known issues and prioritize remediation based on impact. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please let us know using the contact information below.

4. Assistive Technology Compatibility

We test the Services with popular assistive technologies including the latest versions of NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver screen readers on Windows, macOS, and iOS; Dragon NaturallySpeaking and Voice Control for hands-free navigation; and the built-in accessibility features of iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS.

We test the Services in the latest stable versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge on desktop, and in the Market Securities mobile apps on iOS and Android. Older browsers and assistive technologies may not be supported.

If you use a specific assistive technology and encounter difficulty, please contact us. We will work with you to identify a workaround or to prioritize a fix.

5. Requesting Accommodations

If you need an accommodation to access or use the Services — for example, an alternative format for a document, additional time to complete an identity-verification step, or assistance during a support interaction — please contact us at accessibility@marketsecurities.com or +1 (212) 555-0142.

We will review each accommodation request individually and respond within a reasonable period, generally within five (5) business days. Accommodations are provided free of charge where reasonable and consistent with the nature of our Services.

If you are a customer with a disability and need help placing a trade, funding your account, or resolving an account issue, our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can provide extended-time or alternative-format assistance on request.

6. Feedback & Contact

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of the Services. If you have difficulty using any feature, find a bug, or have a suggestion for improvement, please email accessibility@marketsecurities.com. We take all feedback seriously and use it to drive continuous improvement.

You may also write to us at Market Securities, Attn: Accessibility Team, 1180 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10036. We aim to acknowledge all accessibility feedback within two (2) business days.

If you have submitted feedback and remain dissatisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice through ada.gov or with your state or local disability-rights agency.

7. Third-Party Content

The Services may display content provided by third parties, including news articles, research reports, social feeds, market-data widgets, and embedded videos. We work with our third-party providers to encourage accessible content, but we cannot guarantee that every third-party component fully conforms to WCAG 2.1 AA.

Where a third-party component is not accessible, we will seek to provide an accessible alternative or to work with the provider to remediate the issue. If you encounter inaccessible third-party content, please let us know so that we can address it.
